Even Mudproof
Purchased this for a rafting trip through Glenwood Canyon, Colorado. The day of the trip the river was like a chocolate shake with mud
from heavy overnight rains in its headwaters.
The case performed flawlessly. With it arround my neck the lens pointed down and thus did not get covered in mud every time we took a wave, so I was able to pick up the camera and shoot with just having to wipe the area of the view finder.
I used this to hold a Canon 40D with a 28-135 lens.
My only complaint is that it is very difficult to adjust the zoom with the camera in the case.
Excellent product.

Why did you choose this?

The deck of a kayak is a harsh place for electronics

To evaluate with my Olympus OMD-EM-1 system.

I'm a wildlife photographer who started kayaking and purchased this to protect some very expensive equipment. I will order several more if this cuts the mustard. Hopefully the backorder will not take too long.

We're going on a rafting trip on the Rogue River soon and thought these would be a great addition to have on the trip.

Hi! I have a Nikon d5300 w/ a nikkor 18-55mm and 55-300 mm and I was wondering if this case will allow it to go to approx 20ft underwater while I snorkel with it? Will this case fit both my lenses well?

Ari, the dimensions of the case are in the Sizing tab there on the product page. Aquapac guarantees the waterproofness to a depth of 15 feet; going below that risks leakage.

Will a canon 6d mark ii with a 70-200mm lens fit?

Cheryl, the Canon 70-200 lenses I find online have a diameter of 89 mm. The maximum lens diameter that fits in this case is 80 mm. So, your camera won't fit.

Would this be compatible for use with a micro four thirds (or mirrorless) camera with a long lens attached? Or do you have a version for mirrorless cameras?

Larry, this page - https://aquapacusa.com/shop/waterproof-camera-cases/waterproof-dslr-camera-case-458/ - gives more information on this case. Also check out the "Size Guide" link at the top of the page for a list of cameras that fit in the case. If you need a case we don't carry we can custom order it for you.
