Revivex® Pro Cleaner™ by Gear Aid® is a high-tech wash designed to refresh, renew and revive technical fabrics without leaving behind residues or affecting water repellency. Caring for high-tech fabrics isn't rocket science and ReviveX Pro Cleaner makes it as easy as washing your socks.
- "Wetting out" happens when dirt, oils or other contaminants overwhelm the durable waterproof repellency (DWR) of your dry suit, dry top or other waterproof-breathable garment preventing the garment from breathing properly. Washing the garment with Pro Cleaner may bring back the DWR function.
- Gentle cleaner free of fragrances, softeners and optical brighteners designed to remove dirt, smoke and oils which impact the performance of your waterproof-breathable and other technical fabrics.
- Revivex Pro Cleaner is the first step when treating garments with Revivex Spray-On Durable Waterproofing or Nikwax TX Direct Wash-In Waterproofing. Or use it on non-waterproof items, like sleeping bags, gloves, fleece and soft shell garments.

Do not machine dry garments with neoprene or latex gaskets or socks. Also, machine washing can damage dry wear zippers.

Product Instructions
Follow instructions on garment care label. If unavailable, use the following guidelines. For cleaning apparel with a waterproof membrane or coating we recommend that you hand wash only. For other types of fabrics, a washing machine (front loading, if possible) can be used, on a gentle or delicate cycle.
- Close all zippers and Velcro tabs.
- Apply Revivex directly to heavily soiled areas. Note: Hand wash only.
- Add Revivex to bathtub or large container, using the chart below.
- Hand wash in warm water (soak item for 5 minutes) and rinse thoroughly.
- Allow garment to air dry.
Jacket or similar:
- Synthetic Cleaner: 1/2oz. (3 capfuls)
- Water: 1 1/2 gal. per item
Sleeping bag or comforter:
- Synthetic Cleaner: 1 3/4oz. (9 capfuls)
- Water: 15–20 gal
