Product Details

NRS MaverIK Kayak Foot Braces are adjustable foot pegs for inflatable kayaks.

Add these foot braces to your Pennel Orca® IK for added stability and balance.
Comes with 4 Pennel Orca® patches for installation.
Can be glued to PVC and urethane inflatables with Stabond Adhesive, Item # 38704.01.

The Foot Braces give you 9" of adjustability.
The slots in the glue-on patches are 1" wide x 3/4" high.

With boat inflated, determine the positioning of the patches: Standard positioning aligns the top of the plastic rail with the bottom of the 1–1/2" overlap of material.
Clean the gluing area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or Toluene.
Trace the outline of the positioned patches with a pencil.
Buff inside the outline with sandpaper, to remove the shine from the material’s surface. Patches are pre-buffed.
Deflate boat. Follow standard gluing procedures included with the adhesive.
