Great for weedy lakes and shallow waters
A great replacement for the 10” sharkfin touring fin that came with my unbranded iSup. Fit my board’s mount box perfectly. Tracks every bit as well, doesn’t hang up on the watermilfoil and cool tail that has invaded many of my favorite paddling spots in recent years.

Great all around fin
Bought a couple of these fins for river usage. They fit a 2020 ROC iSUP and a 2020 AquaFloat iSUP.
These drag on rocks and grass way less than the standard 9" fin does.
When on the water, I don't notice much difference in tracking between the 9" fin and these grass fins. Side by side they appear to have the same surface area.

Perfect for grass but the board winds
The Grass fis does it's work perfect, but the relative small surface area of the fin makes the sup board winds in the water so you have to change paddle sides more often. A larger surface area is desirable.

worth it!
I recently upgraded the fins that came standard with my NRS board, which I bought a while ago. These new fins are so much better. I didn't catch on shallow rocks, or more precisely when I did it wasn't the abrupt 'superman' launch of my old fins. Well worth the upgrade. Thanks NRS!

Good for shallows
This fin works great on the flats where shallow water and weeds can be challenging.

So excited to see these!
Just ordered this fin. Super excited to see some fresh designs for this type of fin/fin box. Have the older style 5" fin, and it has served me well. I imagine this one will track even better, and be less susceptible to catching weeds. The only thing that would make this and the whitewater fin more perfect would be if they were made from a flexible material instead of reinforced nylon/plastic
