Drysuit sizing
I am 5'5 and around 135 pounds, I ordered the size small. I have had this drysuit for almost a year now and it keeps you very dry which is nice. Regarding the dry and warmth components, this drysuit is great. However, the sizing is confusing and I have struggled with this drysuit. I hurt my neck the first time I tried it on and still am dealing with this injury especially when I put the drysuit on. After wearing it many times, the gasket is still so tight and has not stretched much. I also found that by the time I add layers, its super tight. This could be that the size is not right for me but I have struggled in the sizing area of this drysuit.

Good suit for novice and intermediate paddlers
Have had the suit for 2 weeks now and tested during Whitewater kayaking with at water temp. at 4 Celsius degrees and air temp. at 25 as well as a sea kayaking festival (rock hopping) where the sea temperature was around 15 Celsius degrees and air temperature variated between 15-25 degrees.
The suit is a bit warm as it does not breath as well as I expected, I previously have had Gore-Tex pro suits and its definite a different in breathability, I have tried using merino wool and thermos layers that transport the moisture away from my body. The waterproof part is really good. And I’m looking forward to test it during the colder seasons.
Sizing: I’m somewhere between L and XL according to the sizing chart. I went for the L with the exception that it would be some tight around the chest as that is my “problem area”. This was not correct, the area around the chest is spacious even though I measure 114cm, around the hips and stomach however it was a bit smaller than expected as I’m smaller than the size chart in those areas. The overskirt could be a size bigger. They do not mention the size of the latex neck or wrist gasket in the description. Comparing it to my other suits it feels like medium in the wrist and large in the neck. The fabric socks are a bit bigger than what I’m comfortable with, as a size 38 it’s a lot of leftover fabric in my shoes that bulks up and traps air.
The neck gasket is a bit to large for me so leaks water in during a roll or capsizing. I’m going to try to shorten it to see if that helps as its manly to long for my neck (it bunches up) if not, I will replace the gasket with a smaller size.
The zippers have been easy to close and no signs of leaks in those areas.

The fit is comfortable to move around in and have withstand rough treatment (so fare) with rescue, training, sea coasts with barnacles, etc.

Recommend the suit for active paddlers that needs to consider cost / efficiency. If your paddling is a hardcore workout I would go for the Gore-Tex suits.
