- The GORE-TEX Performance Shell inner skirt features a drawcord with barrel lock for easy one-hand adjustment.
- A neoprene belt with dual hook-and-loop adjustment tabs on the outer skirt seals securely over your spray skirt.
- Stretchy self-draining neoprene collar and over-cuffs protect gaskets.
